A core team, not a phone list
Production managers, audio engineers, lighting designers, video technicians, scenic fabricators, print specialists and warehouse crew, all on the payroll. When a build needs more hands we bring in freelancers we know and have worked with for years, but the people planning and running your event are ours.
Every kind of room
A 50 person boardroom on Monday, a 5,000 capacity build on Friday. Conferences, awards ceremonies, brand activations, exhibitions and private events, in venues from the Natural History Museum to the Savoy.
Kit worth knowing
Modern LED, lighting, audio and staging inventory, prepped and maintained in our own warehouse. You will get your hands on it rather than reading the spec sheet.
Done properly
Four ISO certifications covering quality, environment, health and safety, and information security. Rigging is LOLER certified. Corners do not get cut, on site or on paper.
The straight version
Live events are not a nine to five.
Load ins start early and de rigs finish late. There are weekends in the diary and there is heavy lifting. In exchange you get variety no office job comes close to, a team that shows up for each other, and a show at the end of it that either worked or did not, with no hiding place. People who love this work love it for exactly that reason.

Graphic Designer (Large Format Print)
Print & GraphicsArtwork for the big stuff: dancefloors, media walls, backdrops and stage graphics, prepared properly and printed right first time.
CAD Technician (Live Events)
Technical DesignDraw the shows before they are built: stage plans, rigging plots and the drawing sets the crew works to.
Technical Designer (Live Events)
Technical DesignOwn the drawing set: stage design, rigging plots, load calculations and the visuals a client signs off before anyone loads a truck.
Event Project Support
ProductionKeep the production team moving: quotes, kit lists, schedules, paperwork and a pair of hands on site when it counts.
Graduate scheme
Starting out in live events.
Our graduate scheme takes people at the start of their career and trains them across the production disciplines rather than dropping them into one lane on day one. Five directions to specialise in once you know where your strengths are: AV technician, workshop and scenic, print and graphics, technical design or project support.

Not looking for a staff job?
Our core team is full time, but we crew bigger builds with freelancers we know and trust. Sound, lighting, video, rigging, staging, scenic, print and production. Register once and we will come to you when the work fits.

We book freelancers on around 500 events a year, and the reliable ones get booked constantly. Pick your discipline, see the sort of work and the day rates, and join the register.
Freelance Sound Engineer
Mix FOH and monitors on corporate events, award ceremonies and live shows across London and the UK, on kit that is looked after.
Freelance Lighting Technician
Rig, focus, programme and operate lighting on events from architectural uplighting to fully programmed moving head rigs.
Freelance Video & LED Technician
Build LED walls, drive playback and switch graphics on conferences, awards shows and brand activations across the UK.
Freelance Camera Operator & Vision Mixer
Shoot and cut live events: multi camera conferences, award ceremonies and hybrid streams that go out clean the first time.
Freelance Event Rigger
Rig truss, motors and flown production on event builds across London and the UK, to LOLER standard, in venues that care.
Freelance Stage & Event Crew
Build stages and sets, run load ins and keep show days moving, on events across London and the UK. Crew chiefs booked as such.
Freelance Scenic Carpenter & Set Builder
Build sets in the workshop and finish them on site: scenic carpentry, cladding and print installs for events that get photographed.
Freelance Event Production Manager
Run shows for us when the calendar stacks up: site management, crew and schedule on corporate events, awards and activations.
Freelance Warehouse Crew & Event Driver
Prep and test kit at the Uxbridge warehouse, load trucks properly and get equipment to venues across London and the UK on time.
