Freelance crew
Work with us on the road.
Our core team is full time and in house, but no production company crews a 5,000 capacity build on its own. We work with freelancers we know and trust, on everything from a single technician for a day to a full crew for a week.
If you are good, reliable and easy to have on site, we want you in the book. We would rather call the same people again than gamble on whoever is free, so the register is a real working list rather than a form that goes nowhere.

How it works
Straight dealing, both ways.
We pay properly and on time
We tell you the rate before you commit to the job, you invoice after it, and you get paid to terms. No chasing, no quiet deductions for something that was not your fault.
You get the full picture
Call times, venue, access, what the rig is, who is running it and what we need from you. Nobody should arrive on site and find out what the job actually is.
Repeat work, not one offs
Around 500 events a year across London and the UK. If we work well together the first time, you will hear from us again.
Proper kit and proper process
Maintained inventory, LOLER certified rigging and four ISO certifications. You are not turning up to fight someone else s corner cutting.

Every discipline on the truck.
You pick yours on the onboarding form, rated one to five so we know the difference between can do it and runs it. Most people tick more than one, and the ones who do tend to get called first.

What helps
What gets you called first.
- Reliability. Turning up when you said you would, at the time you said you would, is most of it.
- Your own tickets where the work needs them: IPAF, PASMA, first aid, working at height, a CSCS card for some sites.
- A driving licence, and your own transport if you have it, especially for early load ins.
- Blacks, boots and the sense to bring your own tools if your discipline needs them.
- Being straight with us about what you can and cannot do. Nobody minds a gap, everybody minds finding it out on site.

Get in the book.
Signing up takes a couple of minutes. Name, email and a phone number, then you go straight through to the onboarding form our crewing team works from, the same one everyone on our books has filled in. We agree the rate with you when we call about a job, so there is no need to quote one here. We keep your details for two years and you can ask us to remove you at any point.
