Kudos AV is a national event production company. From our London base we deliver, install and operate full AV production at venues across England, Scotland and Wales — with owned inventory and our own crew on the road.

A London postcode does not limit where we work. We regularly load out to Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, Bristol, Cardiff, Newcastle, Glasgow and Edinburgh, and everywhere in between, running conferences, launches, awards and shows the length of the country.
Because our inventory is owned and our crew is in-house, a national event is not a sub-hire scramble — the same kit, the same engineers and the same production manager travel to you, so the standard never changes with the postcode.

National reach, in-house standard.
Touring a production nationwide only works if the logistics are tight. We plan transport, load schedules and crew rotas so a Manchester conference or an Edinburgh awards night runs to the same standard as a London one.

Do you really cover the whole UK?
Yes. Kudos AV is a national event production company. From our London base we deliver and operate events across England, Scotland and Wales, from single conferences to multi-day shows.
Does a venue outside London cost more?
Transport and crew travel are factored into the quote, but because we own our inventory and use our own crew there is no sub-hire mark-up. We plan logistics to keep national events efficient and predictable.
Will I still get one point of contact for a national event?
Yes. One production manager owns your event from first call to final breakdown, wherever it is, so you are never coordinating multiple suppliers across different cities.
Do you provide the crew and kit, or just kit?
Both. We can dry-hire equipment, or supply, deliver, install and operate with our own touring engineers and technicians anywhere in the UK.
