Kudos AV produces conferences, award ceremonies, brand activations, exhibitions and private events across London and the UK, around 500 a year, from our base in Uxbridge. The core team is full time; when a build needs more hands we book freelancers we know, and the people who do good work get booked again and again.
Signing up takes two minutes: three details now, then an onboarding form where you tell us what you do, your tickets and your rates. Once you are on the register, our bookings board can put you straight on jobs. Day rates are agreed before you are booked, and we pay promptly on invoice.
For warehouse and driving that means prepping and case-labelling kit against job sheets, loads packed so the de-rig goes back in the same boxes, and deliveries that arrive when the schedule says they will.
What you will do
- Prep, test and pack equipment against job sheets at the Uxbridge warehouse.
- Load and unload trucks to a plan, protecting the kit and the schedule.
- Drive equipment to venues across London and the UK and back.
- Check returns, flag damage and keep the warehouse tidy.
What we are looking for
- Reliable, punctual and careful with equipment.
- Full UK driving licence; van experience preferred.
- Comfortable with physical work and early starts.
- Based within reach of Uxbridge for warehouse days.
Useful but not essential
- C1 or Cat C licence for larger vehicles.
- Forklift ticket.
- Event site experience, so deliveries land where crews need them.
