Kudos AV produces conferences, award ceremonies, brand activations, exhibitions and private events across London and the UK, around 500 a year, from our base in Uxbridge. The core team is full time; when a build needs more hands we book freelancers we know, and the people who do good work get booked again and again.
Signing up takes two minutes: three details now, then an onboarding form where you tell us what you do, your tickets and your rates. Once you are on the register, our bookings board can put you straight on jobs. Day rates are agreed before you are booked, and we pay promptly on invoice.
For video that means LED builds from single columns to full stage walls, projection where the room calls for it, and graphics positions running PowerPoint, Keynote and playback for presenters who change their slides in the car park.
What you will do
- Build, align and drive LED walls and projection systems.
- Run vision switching and playback for conferences and award ceremonies.
- Operate graphics machines and speaker support, and manage last minute slide changes calmly.
- Fault find quickly and quietly mid show.
- Load in, load out and look after the kit.
What we are looking for
- Hands on experience with LED wall builds and video signal flow.
- Confident with processors and switchers such as Novastar, Barco or Analog Way.
- Tidy cabling and a methodical approach to signal checks before doors.
- Able to work events across London and the UK.
Useful but not essential
- Resolume, disguise or vMix experience.
- IPAF ticket and your own PLI.
- A full UK driving licence.
