An audience reads the stage before anyone reaches the microphone. It tells them, without them really thinking about it, whether the event has been put together properly. A flat backdrop or a rushed dress-up job works against everything that happens afterwards, no matter how strong the speaker or the content is.
We work as a scenic event design company that starts every project from the room, not a template. Our designers work through the stage dimensions, the running order and the brand guidelines before anything gets drawn up, so the finished set holds up under lighting and on camera, not just from the front row.
Because design, fabrication and install sit with the same team, we're one of the few event set design companies in London where the people who sign off the CAD are also on site for the build. That keeps surprises off the day and keeps the finished set close to what was actually agreed.

Yes. Design, fabrication and finishing all happen in our own London workshop, so nothing is outsourced to a third-party build team.
02Can you create branded event environments?
Yes. We design full branded environments, from a single feature wall to a complete room transformation, built around your brand guidelines rather than a generic template.
03Do you provide crew with equipment hire?
Yes. Most clients book fully crewed production for peace of mind. Dry hire is available on most inventory if you have your own operators.
04How quickly can you quote?
Same day quotes on most enquiries. Complex multi venue or international briefs may take up to 48 hours.
05Where do you work?
We're based in London and work across the city as standard, with exhibition and touring builds that travel to venues further afield, including ExCeL, Olympia, NEC and overseas shows.
