These are website terms of use. Hire and event production contracts remain governed by the terms issued with each quote or proposal.

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of www.kudosav.com (the "site"). Kudos AV is a trading name of Kudos Roadshow Ltd, company number 06921714, registered office Granville House, Wallingford Road, Uxbridge, UB8 2RW. By using the site you accept these terms.

2. Use of the site

You may browse the site and use its enquiry tools for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or its systems, introduce malicious code, or scrape or reproduce its content at scale without our written permission.

3. Quotes and enquiries

Information on the site, including indicative pricing, package descriptions and availability, is provided as a guide only and does not constitute an offer. A contract for services is formed only when we issue a written quote or proposal and you accept it, at which point the terms attached to that quote or proposal apply. Equipment availability shown on the site is indicative and subject to confirmation.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the site, including text, photography, video, logos and design, is owned by or licensed to Kudos Roadshow Ltd. You may not reproduce it without permission, other than briefly quoting or sharing with attribution. Event photography featuring client events is used with permission; if you would like an image featuring your event removed, contact info@kudosav.com.

5. Accuracy of information

We work to keep the site accurate and up to date but we do not guarantee that all content is free of errors or omissions. Case studies describe real projects, and results described are specific to those projects.

6. Third party links

The site may link to third party websites, including venue partners and social platforms. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site, and our total liability in connection with use of the site is limited to 100 pounds. Liability relating to services we deliver is governed by the contract for those services, not these website terms.

8. Privacy

Our use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
