The IXL Events Centre at Dallas Burston Polo Club is where Kudos AV operates as the permanent, resident production partner. This is not a venue we visit occasionally. It is a venue we know inside out, in every season and for every type of event.
Set within a stunning 600-acre estate in the heart of Warwickshire, the IXL Events Centre is one of the most versatile and technically capable event venues in the Midlands. With 16 distinct event spaces ranging from sleek boardrooms for six delegates to the vast Main Hall accommodating up to 3,000 guests, the venue caters for every scale of event with equal professionalism.
As the in house production team, we work hand in hand with the venue's events management team to plan and deliver every technical element. There are no briefing delays, no unfamiliar cable runs and no surprises on the day. We already know the power loads, the rigging points, the acoustic properties of each room and the best approaches for every lighting scenario. That knowledge translates directly into smoother, faster and better events for every client.
What makes IXL exceptional.
The venue's scale is matched by its flexibility. Large double doors allow vehicles to be driven directly into the Main Hall, making it one of the few venues in the country suitable for car launches and large exhibition builds. Four spacious lounges with outdoor terraces offer panoramic views across the polo grounds and serve as elegant pre-event reception areas.
The venue is located just 90 minutes from London, a short drive from the M40 and within easy reach of Birmingham Airport and regional rail connections. On site parking for 350 cars means arrivals are seamless. The fully equipped banqueting kitchen, staff facilities and self-contained dressing rooms make this a genuinely end to end event destination.

As the resident production partner, our team manages full technical delivery across every event in the venue. This includes sound system design and engineering for audiences of all sizes, intelligent lighting rigs and wash systems, LED screen and projection solutions, live streaming and broadcast infrastructure, and complete stage and set management. We also provide full technical project management from first planning call through to post-event derig.

In 2025, Kudos AV led a full scale production refurbishment of the IXL Events Centre: rebuilding the venue's entire technical and aesthetic infrastructure from the ground up. Every detail was upgraded. Every surface was considered.
