Easthampstead Park is a Victorian mansion built in 1864, set in 80 acres of woodland, parkland and formal gardens on the edge of Wokingham. Following a multi million pound restoration completed in 2021, it is now a 4 star hotel and one of the South East's most versatile event venues, ten minutes from Wokingham town centre and within easy reach of the M4, M3 and M25, with Heathrow around 30 minutes away.
The centrepiece for large events is The King Suite : a purpose built venue within the grounds, measuring 750 square metres with its own kitchens, dance floor, integrated video wall and private terrace. It seats 540 theatre style or 480 for a banquet, making it equally at home for conferences, award ceremonies, product launches and gala dinners.
Inside the mansion, the ground floor Downshire Ballroom hosts up to 200 guests with its own private bar, orangery and terrace, while eight elegant meeting rooms on the first floor flex from intimate boardrooms of eight to conferences of seventy. The mansion and grounds also make a beautiful setting for weddings of up to 100, complete with a dedicated pavilion and an original stained glass window.
As an accredited production partner at Easthampstead Park, Kudos AV brings full technical production to every one of these spaces: from the large format staging, lighting and LED of a 500 delegate conference in the King Suite, to the warmth of a candlelit dinner in the mansion. We work with the venue's heritage fabric and in house systems to deliver a flawless event from first site survey to final derig.
