The Londoner, the five star hotel on Leicester Square, is one of London's most sought after wedding and event venues, and its Grand Ballroom rewards a production team that knows how to use it. Kudos AV has repeatedly transformed the ballroom with full in-house builds: bespoke stage sets around large LED screens, real trees and suspended chandeliers, an orb centrepiece, mirror and printed dancefloors, and bar builds matched to the room's design.

Event production at The Londoner, Leicester Square
Producing well in a five star hotel is about more than kit. We know The Londoner's load-ins, timings and house standards, and we arrive with everything pre-built and rehearsed so the ballroom turns around quickly and quietly. One team covers staging and set, lighting, LED and video, sound and print.
We work hand in hand with the hotel's events team and your planner. Tell us about your date and we will put a proposal together.
