Our Londoner projects show two wedding transformations of the Leicester Square hotel: a reception with orb lighting and a mirror dancefloor, and a luxury wedding with a bespoke stage, bar and printed floor. Each starts from the guest layout and the entertainment plan.

The Londoner’s published floorplans illustrate how a stage and dancefloor change the guest count. Decide on the band position, DJ booth, dancefloor and table arrangement early, then develop overhead lighting and screens around them. 02How should I use the capacity figures for The Londoner?
Use the figure for your room and event layout as a starting point. Stages, screens, camera positions, bars and dancefloors all take space. Confirm a current, approved floorplan and guest capacity with the venue before finalising production.
03Can I request an event production quote for The Londoner?
Yes. Send Kudos AV the date, booked room, guest numbers, programme and any venue access information. We can scope sound, lighting, screens, staging and bespoke production around the brief. Venue hire, availability and supplier approvals are handled separately by the venue.
