Kudos AV supplied the LED screen, printed dancefloor and lighting for the Dental Beauty Partners Awards 2025 at JW Marriott Grosvenor House London. The Great Room hosted the awards ceremony, dinner and corporate Christmas party, with a live set from MiC LOWRY.

The story
Awards production in the Great Room at Grosvenor House.
Dental Beauty Partners is a UK dental group founded by Dr Dev Patel, built on a partnership model with its dentists. Each December it brings the practices and the central team together for its own awards, and for 2025 it took the Great Room at Grosvenor House London on Park Lane for the ceremony, the dinner and a Christmas party.
Kudos AV supplied three things that shaped the room: a wide LED screen across the stage, a printed dancefloor in front of it, and a lighting rig covering the stage, the tables and the Great Room itself.

LED screen
A wide LED screen across the stage for titles, nominees, winners, films and the headline act.

A truss of moving lights over the stage, with beam looks for each winner reveal.

Purple and blue uplighting around the Great Room and warm light for the dinner.

The awards
Nominees from every practice, one stage.
The awards celebrate the people across the group’s practices and central team, with nominees announced in the weeks before and the winners revealed on the night. Each reveal ran on the screen with a lighting cue, so the whole room knew who had won the moment they did.
Guests arrived to a branded backdrop with the evening’s partners, then sat down to dinner beneath red florals before the ceremony began.
LED screen
One wide screen across the stage.
A wide LED screen filled the back of the stage, carrying the Awards 2025 title, the nominees and winners, the group’s films and, later, the name of the headline act. For an awards dinner, screen size, text size and positioning need to be considered together with the seating plan so guests can follow the presentations.

Printed dancefloor
A dancefloor printed with the brand.
In front of the stage Kudos AV laid a printed dancefloor, carrying the Dental Beauty Partners mark over artwork in the same warm palette as the screen, printed in house in our London workshop. During the ceremony it framed the stage for presenters and winners; once the awards were over it became the heart of the party, picking up the colour from the lighting rig above.
Lighting
Beams on the stage, colour in the room.
A truss of moving lights over the stage threw beams across the room for the reveals, while uplighting washed the Great Room in purple and blue and warmer light held the tables and the hanging florals for dinner. The looks changed with each part of the night, from the ceremony to the party.

MiC LOWRY
A headline set to close the night.
MiC LOWRY closed the evening with a live set, their name on the LED wall behind them and green beams over a packed dancefloor. The same screen, printed floor and rig that carried the awards turned the Great Room into a concert.
