The story
One community. A venue made its own.
On 22 October 2026, AdPower brought its community together at The Postal Museum in London. The programme combined presentations and a panel discussion with time for guests to meet and talk in the distinctive underground Mail Rail setting.
As an accredited production partner at The Postal Museum, Kudos AV supplied the technical production and physical branding around that programme. Blue light and printed graphics connected the arrival spaces with the Depot, while projection, microphones and show control supported the speakers.

Print & branding
AdPower, from the first welcome.
The print package carried the AdPower identity through the building: printed welcome-area branding, a printed board at the top of the stairs, and eight large Foamex branding panels. The blue graphics gave guests a recognisable route into the event and brought the same identity into the room around the talks.
An A1 printed board with an easel, a freestanding printed pinboard and the branded DJ booth added further points of contact. The pinboard gave guests somewhere to contribute, while the larger graphics framed the room and the photographs. Our branding installers and scenic crew fitted the pieces as part of the event build.
This is event print production working across a whole guest journey: different sizes and surfaces, with one consistent visual identity. Temporary graphics and their fixing methods are planned around the venue and the surfaces being used.

Presentation & sound
The conversation, clearly in view.
We used the venue’s in-house projection screen for the presentations, with video switching, control and PowerPoint laptops, a presenter clicker and a comfort monitor. The projected AdPower identity then gave way to presentation material and the panel introduction as the programme developed. The event title was also projected onto the wall above the staircase.
The sound package included two roaming microphones for the speakers and hosts. A stage wash lit the presentation area, with video, lighting and sound operators supporting the programme. Presentation AV and speech sound were planned together around the audience layout.

Lighting
A thread of blue through Mail Rail.
The lighting package brought 36 Astera uplights across the Depot, Welcome Space and Gallery. Blue light picked out the columns and brickwork, linking the different spaces to AdPower’s printed identity while retaining the character of the museum.
Separate lighting for the presentation area kept the speakers visible. The result was a clear distinction between the focus of the talks and the surrounding areas for conversation, supported by one lighting production team.

The social spaces
Room to meet, before and after the talks.
A four-metre circular black gloss bar gave the reception space a central gathering point. Alongside it, the branded DJ booth, DJ equipment and monitor supported the music element of the evening.
The bar, presentation seating and branded areas each had a part to play in the same event. Kudos AV coordinated delivery, installation, technical operation and collection, with local crew, branding installers and scenic carpenters supporting the build and removal.
