The Yamaha DM5 gives event sound engineers hands-on control of speech, music and playback from a compact digital console. Its 60 mono input channels and 26 faders suit conferences, awards ceremonies, live performances and hybrid events where several sources need to be managed together.
With 32 analogue inputs and 16 analogue outputs on the console, the DM5 can handle many event setups directly. Built-in 64-in/64-out Dante networking supports compatible stageboxes and networked audio systems. The mix architecture provides 24 mix buses, 12 matrices and two stereo buses for routing to the main PA, monitors and other destinations.
Two 13.3-inch touchscreens and two 4.3-inch utility screens put channel control and custom functions within reach. The USB audio interface offers 18 inputs and 18 outputs for compatible recording and playback workflows.
