OVO Arena Wembley, still called Wembley Arena by most of London and known for a time as SSE Arena Wembley, is one of the capital's largest indoor venues. Kudos AV has delivered full technical production in the arena for very different kinds of event: Andra's sold out Traditional 2 concert with a live orchestra and more than 12,500 fans, and Morari Bapu's nine day Katha, built around a 30m wide projection screen.
Arena work is planned long before the trucks arrive. Screens are pixel mapped, the PA is modelled to the seating bowl, the lighting is drawn to the stage and the crew call is built around the get in, the show and the get out, so the build lands on time and the show runs exactly as rehearsed.
One production team for the whole arena
Promoters, touring artists and agencies get one team for the technical build: LED screens and IMAG, lighting design, arena sound, staging and the engineers to run it all on the night. We work alongside visiting production and artist teams, fitting a touring show into Wembley without losing its look or its timing.

02Is OVO Arena Wembley the same venue as Wembley Arena and SSE Arena Wembley?

04Can you work with a touring artist's own production team?
Yes. For Traditional 2 we worked alongside a travelling team of around 130 people from Romania, supplying the screens, sound and lighting to the show's design and running order.
05How early should we book production for a Wembley show?
As soon as the date is held. Arena shows need screen mapping, PA modelling and rigging plans agreed with the venue well before the get in. Contact us with your date and brief.
