The story
From the first welcome to the final song.
MFS brought its team together at The Peninsula London for an evening that combined an awards ceremony with a Christmas party. The room moved through several moods: a winter welcome, dinner and presentations, then live performances and a busy dancefloor.
Gold snowflakes and MFS branding ran through the screen artwork, printed dancefloor and bar. Blue light gave the ballroom its winter colour, while white beams picked out the stage and entertainment. Kudos AV brought the screen, lighting, sound and these two printed features together around the evening’s programme.

A wide backdrop for the Christmas welcome, MFS branding and award announcements.

The setting
A winter ballroom in blue and gold.
The photographs capture the room before the party begins: dressed dinner tables, tall floral centrepieces and warm candlelight beneath a wash of blue. Across the far side, the LED screen welcomes guests to the MFS Christmas party, with gold snowflakes tying it to the floor below.
Our lighting gave the room depth and brought attention back to the performance area. White beams cut through the cool background, creating a brighter focus for each part of the entertainment.
Printed dancefloor & bar
The same story across the room.
The printed bar carried the MFS logo and oversized gold snowflakes on a black background. Across the dancefloor, the same palette surrounded a large central MFS mark, giving the party a recognisable visual centre.
The glossy floor caught reflections from the lighting and the snow-globe entertainment. It became both a branded surface and part of the room’s atmosphere, carrying the design from the screen into the space guests occupied. Explore our large-format event print.
Screen & sound
A clear focus for the awards.
For the ceremony, the LED screen changed from the Christmas welcome to MFS branding and award announcements. Recipient portraits and award titles filled the backdrop, giving the presentations a clear visual focus across the ballroom.
Stage lighting held the presenters in view, while our sound provision supported the speeches and announcements. The photographs move from individual speakers to the moment an award is presented, with the same screen and printed floor framing both. See our screen and video and sound services.
The celebration
From a snow globe to a full dancefloor.
A performer inside a transparent snow globe brought the winter theme into the centre of the room. Blue and white light caught the dome and its reflection in the floor, while the gold Christmas artwork continued across the screen behind it.
Live vocalists performed around the globe and across the printed floor. The lighting and sound supported this change in pace, moving the evening from formal presentations into the party.
The Function Band
The party comes to the guests.
The Function Band brought the live music into the crowd, with vocalists performing among the guests. By this point the floor was full, and the lighting opened up into bright performance looks around the band.
The final photographs show why these elements work together: a screen that carries the company identity, sound for both voices and music, lighting that changes the atmosphere, and print that makes the room feel like MFS from start to finish.
