Brightsun Travel: 40 years, one remarkable night

The first photograph tells the story before a guest reaches the ballroom. A black media wall carried Brightsun’s name and its 40 Years emblem in gold, with the red carpet leading into the anniversary setting. It gave guests a place to pause, meet and take a photograph at the start of the night.

Kudos supplied two printed media walls: the black-and-gold anniversary backdrop and a white wall carrying Brightsun and partner branding. Uplighting connected the welcome areas with the colour of the main room, making arrival part of the event rather than just the route to it.

Red uplighting picked out the room’s edges and ceiling details. Above the dinner tables, the overhead lighting spread gold patterns across the ceiling, bringing the full height of the ballroom into the design. Light carried the celebration across four venue areas, from the welcome through to the main event.

The print was equally connected: a rectangular printed bar, the lectern and both media walls. The bar carried Brightsun’s red identity into the reception space. In the ballroom, the black starlit dancefloor anchored the view towards the stage. These were the details guests moved around, stood beside and photographed throughout the night.
