Kudos AV delivered the complete technical production for the ceremony: a bespoke stage environment designed from the ground up to match the awards' distinctive black and gold identity, with a lighting and AV package built for a night where the presentation has to be as impressive as the people being honoured.
A stage designed to honour the icons
A bespoke stage environment was designed and installed to complement the awards branding while delivering a polished, immersive guest experience. Every element was specified to reinforce the black and gold aesthetic, and Kudos AV managed all technical production live on the night, ensuring seamless transitions between award categories, speeches, performances and branded content moments.

A bespoke black and gold scenic stage at InterContinental Park Lane, built to match the awards identity.
Dual LED Screens
Two 3.5m x 2m 2.6mm LED screens: precision pitch panels delivering sharp, colour-accurate content behind the awards stage.
ROBE Pointe Fixtures
Floor-mounted ROBE Pointe moving heads for dramatic stage beam effects, programmed to complement awards reveals.
Custom Scenic Stage
Bespoke black and gold scenic stage set designed and built in house, including branded printed backdrop and white stage deck.
Barco S3 System
Barco S3 presentation management handling all screen content: award presentations, sponsor branding and live camera integration.
Mac Pro Media Server
Media server integration for playback management, ensuring frame-accurate delivery of all video content and awards graphics.
Ambient Uplighting
Architectural uplighting in the awards palette, creating warmth and atmosphere throughout the gala dinner and ceremony.
