This was a full-scale luxury wedding celebration at Hilton London Bankside, one of London's most contemporary five-star venues. Kudos AV delivered the complete technical production and bespoke build: stage, LED screens, lighting, printed dancefloor, bar and DJ booth, all designed around the couple's vision.
Almost every element was custom made for the day. The dancefloor, the circular bar, the DJ booth and the oval guest tables were all built and finished in house to one coherent design, rather than pulled from a hire list.

Bespoke build, stage and lighting
The centrepiece was a bespoke curved stage framed by full-height LED screens, with Portman P1 vintage lamps set above for warmth and Chauvet EPIX pixel lighting for animated, colour-rich effects. The printed geometric dancefloor tied the whole room together.
Overhead, suspended floral lighting and a full rig lifted every table to a consistent, camera-ready glow, while a bespoke printed circular bar and matching DJ booth completed the design.
