The 0.5 m Epix Strip IP is the short version of Chauvet's outdoor pixel bar: 50 individually controllable RGB LEDs in a half-metre length, rated IP65. It fills the gaps the one-metre strip cannot, so a pixel outline can turn a corner, finish a run at the right length or trace a small set piece.

How it works
Strips link end to end and are powered and driven by the Epix Drive 900 IP, which takes pixel data from a media server or a desk with pixel mapping. Square milky, round milky and black stealth filters come with each strip, so the bar can read as a soft line, a diffused glow or a high-contrast dot matrix. A dome accessory widens the viewing angle where the strip is seen from the side.
