ESDlumen's Dazzle series is a rental LED panel built to curve. Each cabinet has an angle-adjustment structure, so a row of panels can bend concave to wrap around an audience or convex to stand proud of a set, and the join between cabinets stays seamless with a surface tolerance under 0.2 mm. At 3.9 mm pixel pitch it is the right resolution for a stage backdrop viewed from the room rather than up close.

How it is used
Panels lock together with a push, turn and tighten action that takes seconds per cabinet, and a spiral locating pin lets a single panel come out of a finished screen for maintenance without dismantling the wall. The aluminium alloy cabinet keeps the weight down for rigging. Our video team plans the curve from the venue drawing, builds the screen on ground support or flies it, and drives it from LED processing with the content scaled to the exact pixel map.

How tight can the curve be?+
The cabinets adjust between concave and convex angles, so a gentle wrap or a tighter arc are both possible. Send us the room drawing and we will plan the curve.
What resolution does a 3.9 mm screen give?+
Enough for a stage backdrop viewed from the room. For closer viewing, our 2.6 mm Unilumin panels are the finer option.
Do you build and operate the LED screen?+
Yes. Our video technicians build, align and process the screen and run the content, or dry hire for experienced crews.
