Before you start

Have these to hand.

The second step is the real onboarding form. These parts are required, because we cannot put anyone on site without them:

Your name exactly as it appears on your passport, date of birth, mobile and email.
National Insurance number, passport number and passport expiry date.
Whether you hold a driving licence, and whether you hold a MEWP or cherry picker licence with its expiry.
Public liability insurance: policy number, insurer and expiry date. Cover is a condition of working for us.
A read of the freelancer terms, which you tick to accept at the end.

Everything else is optional and can wait: emergency contact, bank and invoicing details, your skills and kit knowledge, references, and document uploads including your CV. You can come back to the form later using the link we email you.
