The story

From the floor plan to the final glow.

A wide floral LED screen set the scene for this wedding at Raffles London. Pink lighting, a circular dancefloor and a mix of curved, straight and round tables gave the ballroom its shape, with separate spaces for the band and the head table.

Kudos AV supplied the screen, band stage, head table stage, bar, dancefloor, bespoke seating plan, totem, overhead lighting and bespoke tables. The production connected the main features of the room, from the large backdrop to the details guests encountered on arrival.

The wedding was planned by Perry’s Weddings, with décor by Enchanted By Syma. Raffles London provided the venue and catering.

Screen & lighting

A floral backdrop, with light across the room.

The LED screen carried a soft pink floral design and monogram, creating a broad backdrop behind the dining tables. Its scale made the visual theme visible across the ballroom, while the overhead lighting gave the room depth beyond the screen itself.

Kudos AV’s overhead lighting brought colour and patterned light into the finished setting. The photographs capture pink and blue lighting looks alongside the warm glow of the chandeliers and candles, complementing the décor by Enchanted By Syma.

Stages & dancefloor

A place for every part of the celebration.

The band stage and head table stage gave the reception two distinct focal points, with the circular dancefloor at the centre of the layout. Kudos AV supplied all three as part of the wedding’s staging and floor build.

The head table sat on its own low stage, framed by the room’s draped backdrop. Across the space, the band stage provided a dedicated performance area. The floor plan below shows how those positions related to the guest tables and bar.

Bespoke details

Built around the way guests use the room.

Bespoke tables brought curved and straight runs into the dining layout alongside the round tables. The bar formed another part of the build, extending the production beyond the stage and screen into the spaces where guests gathered.
