The story
A project worth looking at properly.
The TiE London Awards celebrate budding entrepreneurs and professionals across London for their contributions to the UK economy. As part of The Indus Entrepreneurs global network, the London chapter brings together founders, investors and business leaders for an annual evening of recognition at one of the capital's most prestigious venues.
Kudos AV was appointed to design and deliver the complete technical production, creating a branded stage environment that matched the ambition of the entrepreneurs it was honouring.

Scenic Panel Design
Three custom branded scenic panels featuring the TiE London skyline illustration, framing the LED screens on both sides of the stage.
Barco S3 Presentation
A Barco S3 managing all screen inputs and switching, with a Mac Pro media server handling frame-accurate playback across both screens.
d&b Audiotechnik Audio
A d&b PA delivering clean, consistent coverage across the ballroom for both speeches and entertainment, without encroaching on sightlines.
Autocue System
A full autocue system for presenters and speakers, managed by a dedicated operator so the ceremony ran at pace and with confidence.
Stage Lighting
Perimeter uplighters for a warm gala tone, with stage wash and spot lighting for broadcast-quality illumination of award presentations.
Set Design
Built around the TiE brand
The scenic design reflected the TiE London brand: three bespoke printed panels ran floor to ceiling alongside the LED screens, displaying the London skyline graphic and sponsor branding so they read clearly from every seat. The white stage with red fascias created a clean, high-contrast presentation surface, with gold candelabras flanking the stage to complement the gold chiavari chair gala setting.
