Kudos AV delivered full end to end production for a 500-delegate corporate conference held at Dallas Burston Polo Club, one of the UK's most prestigious event venues. As the in-house production partner at the IXL Events Centre, our team managed every technical element of the day, from initial rig and setup through to post-event breakdown.
The brief was simple: a seamless, high impact conference that reflected Bupa's standing as a leading healthcare brand. Our AV, lighting and sound teams worked in close coordination throughout, managing presentations, music, live effects and stage lighting without a single technical issue. The client's feedback said it all. The event could not have gone better.
