MTRNM Night at the Museum
House music in Hintze Hall: Marten Lou headlining a sold-out 1,200-guest club night beneath the blue whale skeleton.
House music in a space never built for it
When MTRNM brought its Night at the Museum concept from Los Angeles to London, it chose Hintze Hall at the Natural History Museum. Kudos AV delivered full technical production for a sold-out night headlined by Marten Lou, with up to 1,200 guests dancing beneath the famous whale skeleton.
Concert sound and a full light show, without touching the building
Filling a Grade I listed Victorian hall with concert sound and a full light show, without touching the fabric of the building, is a serious production challenge. We designed a concert-grade line array tuned to stone and glass acoustics, a full lighting and beam show, lasers, and architectural uplighting on the arches and grand staircase, all rigged around the museum's operating hours.
