Wedding Reception at The Londoner Hotel, London

The Londoner Hotel in Leicester Square is one of London's most sought-after luxury event venues, and for this landmark wedding reception, Kudos AV and Kudos Music transformed the ballroom into a fully immersive production environment. Every element was designed, fabricated and delivered in house, from the first site visit through to the final song.

The visual centrepiece was a spectacular suspended orb installation above the dancefloor, hundreds of illuminated spheres creating a dramatic canopy of light that defined the room from the moment guests walked in. Beneath it, a bespoke mirror-printed dancefloor carried a custom monogram for the couple, reflecting the lighting and orbs across the entire space.

The stage set featured ornate laser-cut decorative panels flanking a large LED screen displaying bespoke motion content, with integrated LED lighting columns that gave the backdrop depth and presence. The bar build was matched to the dancefloor finish, and the DJ booth was custom-branded, both designed as part of a single cohesive visual identity across the whole room.
