How we turn your brief into an extraordinary event.

Six stages, one team, zero surprises.

0 Surprises on Show Day

The same six stages on every event we produce.

From your very first call to the final post-event review, we follow the same managed production process.

One Production Manager runs the entire event. One technical brief, one design pass, one schedule, one point of contact through every stage. The process is the same for a 50 person breakout in a boardroom and a 5,000 capacity outdoor festival.

What changes is the scale of the rig. What never changes is the rigour behind it: brief written, design approved, plan documented, build rehearsed, event delivered, performance reviewed.

Stage one

Discovery & Brief

Before we touch a single piece of equipment, we listen.

A dedicated Production Manager runs a structured discovery conversation covering your venue, audience, format, ambition and budget. A written event brief is issued for your sign off before any work begins. No assumptions, no missed detail, no surprises later.

Stage two

Creative Concept & Design

Visual answers to a written brief.

Our designers interpret the brief in pictures, not paragraphs. Lighting mood boards, 3D stage renders, scenic concepts, graphic treatments and content storyboards are presented and refined with you before a single item is ordered or a single pound is spent on production.

Stage three

Production Planning

Every detail locked down before build day.

Every supplier, crew member, cable run and logistics plan is finalised before we arrive on site. Full equipment specifications, risk assessments, method statements and runsheets are documented and shared. We liaise directly with your venue so you never have to chase anyone.

Build & Technical Rehearsal

Nothing goes live unverified.

Our crew arrives early. Everything is built, rigged, cabled, programmed and tested to specification, then run through a full technical rehearsal with your team before a single guest arrives. The first time you see the rig is not the first time it is running.

Live Event Delivery

One point of contact. Zero distractions.

On the day, your Production Manager is your single point of contact, coordinating every technical element across audio, lighting, visuals and staging so you can focus entirely on your guests, your programme and your business objectives. The crew handles everything else.

Wrap & Post-Event Review

The job is not done until the venue is clear.

After the event, our crew clears the venue cleanly and quickly. You receive a written post event report covering every technical element. We sit down with you and review what worked, what could be sharper next time and how to make the next event better than this one.

Why the process matters

A managed process is not paperwork. It is what makes the difference between an event that runs and an event that stumbles.

Single Point of Contact

One Production Manager owns your event from first call to final review. They know your brief, your venue, your contacts and your priorities. You never get passed around departments and you never have to repeat yourself.

Transparent Pricing

A written quote with every line item costed. No surprise additions during the event. If the scope changes, we document the change and price it before any extra work is done. Budget alignment from the first call.

Rehearsed Before Live

Every system is tested. Every cue is rehearsed. Every walk on is timed. The first time the event runs is not the day of the event. By the time guests arrive, the show has been through a full technical rehearsal with your team.

Post-Event Review

After the event, we hand over a written report covering every technical element. We sit down with you and review what worked and what could be sharper next time. The next event we run together is better because of this one.
