The Brief

Corporate conference production, delivered end to end

Nexthink is a global leader in digital employee experience analytics, and their London conference brought together clients, partners and internal teams for a day of keynotes, presentations and product updates. The production brief called for a clean, high-quality technical environment that put the content front and centre — no distractions, no technical issues, just a polished day from first session to close.

Kudos AV managed the full scope of technical production, working closely with the organising team to ensure every element was prepared, rehearsed and delivered on time.

Our Approach

Clean production that lets the content speak

For corporate conferences, the technology should be invisible. Our team handled stage design, LED screen installation, presentation switching and audio so the Nexthink presenters could focus entirely on their content. Full rehearsals ahead of the live day ensured every transition, slide and speaker change ran without a single moment of hesitation.

A dedicated Kudos AV operator managed the full show live throughout the day, covering all AV cues, audio levels and screen content from load-in through to breakdown.
