Print is the visual identity of the event.

Graphics are the first thing an audience sees and the last thing they remember. A great brand activation is held together by the print: the stand graphics, the backdrops, the wayfinding, the floor vinyls, the welcome signage. Get the print right and the event feels considered. Get it wrong and the whole thing falls apart.

We produce large format print in house: from initial design through to install. Our printers run HP Latex and solvent inks on a wide range of substrates. Our finishers laminate, cut and edge bond to your spec. Our installers fit on site, working around live event programmes when needed.

Same day turnaround is available on most jobs. Tight deadlines, late artwork changes, last minute reprints, all handled in house without third party reliance. Eco solvent latex inks as standard, so vinyl can be applied indoors during a live event without ventilation concerns.

Graphic Designers

Working from brand guidelines, supplied artwork or original brief, our designers produce print ready files at the right scale for the right substrate. Full visual mockups before press start. CMYK profile matching across runs.

Print Operators

HP Latex and Roland solvent printers operated daily. Calibration and profiling for each substrate. Tight colour matching across multiple panels. Sample prints supplied on request before full run commits.

Finishers

Lamination, cutting, edge bonding, mounting and grommeting. CNC contour cutting for shaped graphics. Application tape and pre masking for vinyl wraps. The bridge between print and install.

Installers

Site survey, substrate prep, install and removal. Vinyl wrap specialists for vehicle, glass and floor application. Truss bonding for hanging banners and tension fabric structures.

HP Latex 365 and 570 for eco friendly, no off gassing print. Roland VersaCAMM for solvent print on technical substrates. Up to 1.6 metre print width, longer runs joined seamlessly at the finishing stage.

Finishing

Exhibitions & Stands

From inline to island.

Stand graphics, hero walls, lightbox skins, fascia signage, leaflet holders and floor vinyls. Print supplied to ExCeL, Olympia, NEC and bespoke venues. Show day install and reprint capability for tight deadlines.

Brand Activations

Pop ups and roadshow tours.

Temporary structures, branded environments and immersive backdrops. Modular print so the same stand can travel city to city. Quick turn replacement panels for damage on tour.

Vehicle Wraps

Full and partial vehicle wraps in cast vinyl. Custom CMYK matching to brand. Multi vehicle fleet branding. Installation in our facility or on site at the depot.

How we work

Brief & Artwork

We work to your brand guidelines or design from scratch. Artwork files supplied or built in house at the right scale for the substrate.

Print

HP Latex or solvent print on the right material. Sample prints supplied for sign off on critical runs. Same day turnaround on most jobs.

Finish

Laminated, contour cut, mounted, edge bonded. Pre masked vinyl ready for install. Quality checked before it leaves the facility.

Install

On site install by our own crew. Site survey beforehand. Done outside trading hours where required. Live event install during programmes possible.
