Off the shelf scenic does not make memorable events.

When the space looks like it was built for one event only, the event feels significant. Bespoke scenic, branded environments, themed installations: these are what take a programme from competent to unforgettable. They photograph well, they make guests stop and look, and they are the moments that get shared after the event ends.

We design and fabricate custom scenic for every event from scratch. Concept renders and CAD drawings at the start so you can see and approve the look before a single panel is cut. CNC routed pieces, vinyl print, soft fabric draping, illuminated structures, all produced in our London workshop and installed by the same team that built them.

Our work covers everything from a hero stage set for an awards ceremony, to a full room transformation for a themed gala, to a hospitality lounge that does not exist anywhere else. Scale, finish and complexity are calibrated to the brief, not pulled from a hire list.

Our scenic team

Designed in house, built in house, installed in house. One team end to end.

Set Designers

Lead designers who interpret the brief and produce the look. Mood boards, references, sketches and concept renders before any drawing goes to fabrication. They walk the venue early to understand the space and the audience flow.

CAD & 3D Modellers

CAD drawings and full 3D pre-visualisation of every build. Render walkthroughs supplied so clients can sign off the look from every angle before fabrication starts. Engineering review at the design stage to catch any structural issues early.

Fabricators & CNC

Workshop team running CNC routers, panel saws, paint booth and assembly bays. Materials from foamex and dibond to MDF, plywood and steel. Powder coat or hand finish, depending on the look.

Install Crew

On site installers who build the scenic at the venue and dismantle it after. Same team that fabricated it so they know how every piece fits. Out of hours installs to minimise disruption to live event programmes.

A full London production workshop with CNC, paint and assembly capability.

CNC & Fabrication

Full workshop in central London.

CNC routers for precision cut panels. Panel saws and edge banders for clean joinery. Paint booth for spray finishing. Assembly bays for trial build before delivery. Capability for both flat pack repeat builds and one off commissions.

Print Integration

Vinyl, fabric and direct print.

Vinyl print bonded to substrate for flat panel graphics. Tension fabric for soft cladding and wraparound builds. Direct UV print on rigid substrate for crisp edge to edge artwork. All sourced from our in house print facility.

Soft Build

Drape, soft cladding and themed dressing.

Black, white and colour drape stocks. Custom dyed soft cladding for branded environments. Themed dressing for room transformations: ceiling cloud, foliage installations, prop sourcing, soft furnishings.

Illumination

Backlit, edge lit and integrated.

LED tape and panel integration into custom scenic builds. Edge lit acrylic for branded signage. Backlit fabric pillows for hero brand walls. Integrated lighting control from the venue lighting console.

Awards Stages

A hero set built for the night.

Custom stage set with brand integration, name reveal positions, presenter podium and lectern, integrated screens and graphic walls. Designed to photograph well from the audience and to broadcast cleanly on camera.

Brand Activations

A space that did not exist yesterday.

Pop up branded environments, themed installations, photo moments, immersive walk through experiences. Built for short term hire on a tight install window.

Themed Parties

Full room transformations.

Christmas parties, summer balls, James Bond themes, glamour and gold gala dressings. Ceiling treatments, soft drape, themed centrepieces and entrance arches. Coordinated with lighting and AV for one immersive experience.

Window scenic for retail brand takeovers, themed venue dressing for product launches, and high street activations. Designed to attract attention from outside and welcome guests inside.
