A 500-guest celebration at Dallas Burston Polo Club: bespoke scenic print, pixel-mapped ceiling ORBS, and a full D&B Audiotechnik sound system.
As the in-house AV supplier at Dallas Burston Polo Club, Kudos AV delivered the complete production for Roop and Vick's wedding: 500 guests, two ceremonies, and a reception that demanded every element be custom-built from scratch.
From a bespoke printed dancefloor to a pixel-mapped ceiling installation of ORBS, every surface and system in the room carried the couple's vision. Nothing was off the shelf.
The morning ceremony set the tone for the whole day. Kudos AV designed and operated the lighting for the mandap, creating a warm, layered look that complemented the floral design and felt intimate even in a large venue.
Full PA and ceremony sound were run alongside: microphones for the celebrant, crystal-clear audio throughout the room, and a clean signal that let every word land.
Four major scenic print pieces transformed the venue into a completely custom environment. Each piece was designed, printed, and installed by the Kudos AV team. No generic finishes, no compromise.
A bespoke pixel-mapped ceiling installation of illuminated ORBS transformed the room from above. Each orb was individually addressable, allowing dynamic colour and movement to be choreographed across the entire ceiling throughout the night, from ceremony glow to full-room reception energy.
As the permanent in-house AV supplier at Dallas Burston Polo Club, Kudos AV's full production capability was deployed for this event: the LED screen, lighting rig, and sound system that form the venue's permanent infrastructure, operated and expanded to meet the demands of a 500-guest wedding.
